Product to customer centric - takes time!

Just because we have great products and great services – doesn't mean, creating value. You know when I ask this question to many of my consulting or senior leadership clients – Largely – 9 out of 10 tell from productive perspective or service perspective or from solutions perspective and that has driven me to conclude that many companies are Product centric companies. Our job is to help transform our organization from being product to customer centric – This is a transformation that doesn't happen overnight.
